can a person object on his seniority after 26 years ?And the latest ruling on this....

Any objection ought to have been made within the time limit of the publication of the list.Belated claim is not acceptable.

Ji, you kept quiet for 26 years.  now asking for time limit.  Really have you any problem.  if so state full facts.

it depends on situations - whether the seniority list was received by you under signature or not.

1. if it is received under token of receiving, limitation apply.

2. if you represented ur objection in written at any time - then you have only 1 year to move to court -- otherwise limitation applies..

if none of the above two - you may move to court under recurrent cause of action.
