Railway Tribunal Cases

All,

For a railway accident claim that is filed at Railway Tribunal Court, Hyderabad the case has been reserved for Judgement.

One of the successors filed a implead petition. The Judge had apparently given the petitioner 3 months to file a succession certificate. The advocate handling the Railway case did not notify his client of the need to file a succession certificate. The Judge has now reserved the case for Judgment.

We are now applying for succession certificate.

Question:

1. Is there any way at this stage to stop the proceedings in the Railway Tribunal until succession certificate is obtained?

thanks,

Srinivas
