No.  Both are different.Residential order provides only roof on the head, whereas the RCR inherently imposes on the respondent to provide cohabitation and company (but it may be altogether a different thing that respondent may just give the place to the petitioner to live but refuse to provide his/her society and no one can force for it.).

Thanks For Your Reply Adv. Chandrasekhar. Is it necessary to plead uncer RCR, even if residencial order in DV? I could analaize your answer, but residential order in DV means to me that to co-habitate with Husband. Is it not so? During co-habitation, all his/her society is restored. Is it not So?
