No. The court will not pass order in favour of the husband..It is the duty of the husband to take care of her . It is not the one of the conditions to apply for the divorce. More details r required to give proper reply to ur query.

Why court will not pass order in favour of the husband ?
If wife act cruel, left marital home without any reasonable cause, don't obey husband, threatened husband "will kill you mixing poison in Tea", several suicide attempted during her marriage life. Always try to downgrade social status of the husband and his family members. Then at this situation how husband will take care her ?
Can you explain please.
