Rcr related

In an rcr case filed by wife judgment came in which husband and wife has to live together in an rented accommodation. Husband agreed in front of court but outside court he asks for written apologies(of allegations written in petion)before joining back. The question is is this a contempt of court.what should be done by wife next.i t is to be noted that husband came in court without written statment in response to petion. Thanks in advance
