Helo to all ,
i have filed RCR in 2010 , except getting bail in 498a it yeilds nothing .
now I want to file Divorce , lawyer says RCR will be amended to divocre I want to know whether it is possible to convert Section 9 apllication in section 13.
please help.

1. 1. Yes use O6/R17 CPC, the Court can allow delayed amendment by compensating the other side by awarding costs.
