As per your query, when your co-operative housing society managing Committee is not adhering to managing committee society Act and bye-laws provision to transfer or nominate your name as a nominee, you can make a written complaint against the Society to the Deputy Registrar, under Bye-law No. 174(A)(iii) and (ix). These bye laws cover the matter pertaining to the non registration of nomination by the society and the non acceptance of any correspondence by the committee, and allow you to register complaints to the Deputy Registrar. Deputy registrar will look into it and send an order to your Society to accept your nomination and make you the nominee member. Thus you can reside peacefully with complete nomination.
