re-distribution of land

The Court of Law awarded partition of a land (5085 sq ft) measuring 113 feet long and 45 feet breadth amongst five siblings by way of decree.  since, each portion consists of 113 feet long and 9 feet breadth (45/5=9), no one could construct or sell his/her portion.  The siblings have agreed to provide for a private common pathway (678 sq.ft) measuring 113 feet long and 6 feet breadth leaving each portion consists of 881.4 sq.ft having 39 feet (45 ft-6 ft) length and 22.6 feet (113/5=22.6 ft) breadth.

The court decree was obtained six years back and the same was not registered in sub-registrar office.

How to go about the proposed partition and register in the sub-registrar office?

Kindly advice.
