Gift is cancelled with explicit consent of donor and donee.

Court can revoke the gift.

Has the grandfather has asked you to go with him to cancell the gift deed or told you that he has cancelled the gift deed?

Have you mutated the property in your name on the strength of gift deed?

Show the gift deed, mutation record and cancellation deed if any to your able counsel specializing in such/civil matters for a considered opinion.
