Sir,
Please advise. I have obtained a decree of Divorce from Kerala H C on the grond of clear mental cruelty from wife in 2012. She appealed in Supream court against that. We were seperted since 2007 . I m now 63 years old staying alone and she is with son. Suppose if I Re marriage now, whether Bigamy can attract when apeal pending?

what ever the age if you marry second time when appeal is pending then it comes under bigamy

dear sir,
you have not mentioned the date of filing appeal. if it is within statutory period and you go for marriage with another person during its pendency, it amount to bigamy
