i stay in pagdi system(chawl).i've 2 rooms with one on first floor with seperate electrcity meters,entry from seperate door. the owner has a plan of redevolopment and has asked us for elec. bill and ration card for each room.but i only have seperate bills & rent reciept but no seprate ration cards.is there need any need of it to get two flats after redevolopment?

OUR building also got redeveloped , and one of the residents had same case as yours and he got two big flats!! but he had a ration card too. go get a ration card ASAP no matter how much you have to pay for it. and be stiff with the builder, your are eligible for two seperate flats
