I cheated by my wife in MCD in 2nd motion of mutual divorce we both wife/husband signed affidavit for 2nd motion in front of registrar and submitted it court and mentioned it’s difficult to live with each other so we want divorce and it’s our final decision but when we reached in court room she took U turn in front of magistrate.. and she said she don’t want divorce and want to cohabit with her husband means with me So Judge disposed our MCD petition without giving next date and without giving time to rethink, after that I appeal the disposed order in HC and still matter yet to come at bench for hearing probably will come in next week, but yesterday I got call from my council he said her advocate called him and he said she want divorce and she want to coorect her mistake, so I said come to HC and give consent but Im getting different-different advice like file fresh MCD petion, file recall or revision in same family court, can you please suggest me easier way to handle this situation becasue Now I cant keep blindly faith on her to file fresh petition.
