Hello Legal Experts,
Understand that recently SC has ruled that under certain sections/conditions of Family laws, a Divorce petition can be filed without waiting for the mandatory requirement of one year of separation ( Mutual or Contested Divorce etc. )
Kindly advise the condition or sections of the law under which this has been allowed and what has been allowed ?
