Recording in court premises

Hello Friends I badly need to know something.

My wife filed false cases against me and in court Judge asked us to talk to each other.

we came outside (in the corridor) I was alone and she  started recording our conversation. I ignored that as i know i am not wrong .

But during conversation she took me to such a sitiuation wherein she was doing her blah blah blah i was fed with that and finally when she said something that is untrue i.e I had poison  at home  and was poisoning her some 5yr back and i said yes . The truth is she is talking some nonsense and i was surprised with her words and i was in a hurry to reach office and i agreed something that is untrue.

now the real question is will she use that recording as a proof to spoil me.

This is a evidence but this is not enough to convict you as per Sec 80 and Sec 24 of Indian Evidence Act 1872.

If she produce this same to the judge that you should admit that she made you such crezy that you told so.

Please don't get afraid. Please see my all posts properly. It might helpful for you.
