Recostitute partnership deed validation

Yes. the old Partnership deed has to be cancelled. the cancellation of partnership deed should be registered at the office of Sub-Registrar.

Subsequent to registration of cancelled partnership deed, you will mandatorily need to inform your banker, tax authorities, Registrar of firms and get acknowledgement. 

The new Partnership deed has to be entered by way of agreement and the same has to be registered at the office of sub-registrar, Registrar of firms, Tax authorities.
