Can an ex-employee be sued to reoover company'es property like laptop after his releiving date. For example, if he is releived one year before and has not reverted to any of out reminders and notices.I understand that the suit can be tried under Breach Of Trust. However, I have two important clarifications on this.
1. What is the limitation period to try under Breach of trust. I understand that there is no such period. However, looking for a confirmation
2. In case, i can try him under any otehr grounds, what can those be??? Kindly clarify this and inform me the limitation period also for such grounds.
