I bought a property in Hosur (Tamil nadu) and registered in December 1st week.
I came to know recently about survey number mistake in schedule page.
The mistake was in my seller (Seller A) document also.
The mistake happened in when he registered from his seller (seller B)
I am planning to the rectification deed from Seller B to Seller A first and then Seller A to me.
Kindly clarify my below questions
1) Do I need to pay stamp duty for correction of survey number in schedule of rectification deed?
2) If yes, Do I need pay stamp duty of 8% of difference between my registration value and first seller (seller B) registration value?
Kindly clarify my queries.
