hello, what are the ways to rectify a deed? our partnership deed has a date of 1st April, 2014 but the stamp paper date is 19/5/2014...... In reality our partnership commenced on and from 1 April 2014, so the person who made the deed wrote the same date in the front n.j. page.....
Now came to know the norms much later, honestly never thought about these things, but now, after having some concept, I want to rectify the deed, can anyone suggest a right procedure? It would be of great help.
