This is in reference to the calling of Sub-registrar during the final selection of developer.
Our society is going for the redevelopment, the process of redevelopment started form 2005 and all the procedure ( appointment of PMC, Tender notice, selection of 5 developers, filtering of developers to 2 nos.) were recorded & was completed in 2009. However, Final selection of developer was done in the 2010 with ballet paper & with majority decision was passed. Also, majority approx. 95% member has given their consent on 100Rs. Stamp paper.
Now during the final selection of developer, the call notice for the sub-registrar / registrar is missing.
Now Is it necessary to go SGM again inviting sub-registrar as per 79A or as we have consent on 100Rs stamp paper from 95% members is sufficient to move further with developer for redevelopment? Also, our procedure has started way back in 2005.
