1.If NRI has to take part in Redevelopment meetings and online platform is provided then it is valid?

The GR of Maharashtra Govt has not mentioend that if member is staying abroad then what to do? Should we count him/her for quorum? If particiapted online and communicate on mail then it will be valid?

2.Whom we can appoint as Associate Member ? Can we modify sample form provided by federation? What precaution Society has to take while accepting Associate Membership from member to safe guard society interest.

In many societies both original member ans associate member attend meetings due to good relation with MC but in case of redevelopment we need only one valid vote so what to do? Which relations are allowed to appoint associate member, friend is allowed ?

3.Is it mandatory to follow Maharashtra Govt GR dated 04 Jul 2019 on redevelopment as many times 2/3 quoram is not possible.
Many times 2/3 quorum is not possible then redevelopment process can take more than 1 year to reach till developer agreement.
