The fact is that an assessee had filed his return for the assessment year 2010-2011 manually. He had claimed a refund. His return was processed and a refund was determined. The refund cheque was sent from Mumbai, SBI, through speed post. But unfortunately, the post man could not find his address and returned back the cheque undelivered. Now what is the way to get the refund of that assessment year.
