respected sir,
i have put house lease agreement on march 2012 for 3 lakhs in advance to stay in my house from (may1, 2012 up to 11months) to my relative..but in between he got job in abroad and left on April 23rd, so he given the power to his friend to collect amount from me and it mentioned i have to return the amount to that particular person.. i want to pay them in cheque so in what name i should give the cheque whether my relation name or his friend name? pls guide me.
