Regarding a will

Dear Panelists,

While preparing a will, is it advisable and/or feasible to specify the ID proof details of beneficiaries in order to clearly establish their identity and avoid any confusion in the future??

Regards,

Shakti

What is the property involved? The ID proof come later. When claim arises. Not when will is written.

My brother had forged and got executed will by hook or crook. My parents had 8 children (7 daughter & 1 son). My elder sister had filed case for partition in GULBARGA Dist Court. Case is under argument stage only for many years of now. Please advise best solution for early settlement, as all sisters are over 40 years and God knows will be alive till district court verdict comes. Indian judiciary system is too slow, over that lawyers delay the proceedings for many reasons.

The testator can very well narrate the (valid) ID proof e.g; Aadhar Card details of beneficiary…

Registered Family settlement covering the WILL may help you and end scope of future litigation..

Preferably proceed further under expert advice of  your own very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in civil/testamentary matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt..and your counsel  can advise you in person and even handle the matter to defend your interest.
