Sir, I was working as ALP in SWR since 2013 and now got selected as JE at SWR wide RRB notification CEN01/2014. I have been properly relieved from old job after submission of TECHNICAL RESIGNATION and before applying for the post i had taken NOC also.Now I am under training for 1 year since december 2015. here i have opted for new pay band of 9300+4200, instead of my old pay band which is 5200+1900. my query is whether i am eligible for TA and HRA with new pay band? Now here i am getting only stipend which is basic+DA. please help me. With Regards,
