If you feel that the bond should not be there as it would prejudice your future career options, then you should not sign the same at the initial state itself.

Generally speaking, one has to honour the sanctity of a document more particulary an agreement. Hence, you are bound by it. However, your liability per ethe said bond is mechanised. It should also pass the the test of law. If certain portion is against the public policy, that agreement may not be acted upon since the same is not a binding contract. But for the details of the said bond, I am of this preliminary view.

At the time of joining ,i was not aware that my future will be in dark here,at that time i thought it is the best place to make my career,but now i am aware of this,so is there any way i.e. i have't to fill that bond. As well as i have heared in India one way bond (if i leave the company then i have to pay,bt if the lay off,they dont pay)is not judicial.Is it true?
