Case of 304B/498A is running against me from sept-11 , we get regular bail from sesssion court on Nov-11 , till date no charge has been framed agsinst us , each and every time we will get next date.
1. In Feb-2012 opposite party file complaint in CJM court under section 406/504/506.
2. After that statment is recorded in Crpc 200.
3. No summon is issue againt us, no statement is recorded in crpc 202.
4. Eech and every time next date is given by MUNSI.
