Regarding credit card payment

hello sir, my self manoj kumar, i need same help, sir mein 1 year se payment kar raha hu meri credit card ki limit 65k h but mera bill HDFC bank walo ne 70k banaya h but mein abhi financially problem mein hu meine bank walo ko bola ki installment bana do without interest lekin unhone koi replay nhi kiya. or bola legal notice aapke ghar pohoch jayega. u collect the legal notice. tell me the suggestions.

The transactions that you have posted are all verbal or you have communicated in writing and recieved reply in writing?

If you have borrowed you should pay.

You could have avoided exceeding credit limit issued to you.

You are not clear on what are the lapses and deficiencies of M/s HDFC Bank, if any.
