i own a travel agency stall in which the land owned by bmc and i am tenant
i own this stall since past 20 years and have travel and tours licence for
the stall and i also photo pass for the same from bmc
i have payed the bmc licence fee regularly till 2008 but then bmc stopped
collecting licence fee for the same
then sudenly one day bmc give final notices saying that you are engaged in trade
of tours and travels you have to change trade or action will be taken against you
the reason for giving the notice was because of best bus stand close to the stall
and pressure by best bus stand officals which affected their business due
to buses of private bus operators
then there was no answer after follow ups from then suddendly in 2011 they come
and demolish the stall without itimation or any demolition notice are they justified
in their action giving the reason that you licence has been revoked which also
was communicated verbally at time of demolition stating that they gave final notice
in 2008
would be thankful if someone can guide me and would give any more info if required
