Facts of Cases

All the three persons get regular bail and at pesent Date of chargeframing is deceided.

1. In PM report Death is due to hanging no external injury is found in the body.

2. In suicide note mentioned that no one is responsible for my death i am committing suicide due to my illness.

3. from Child hood patient of mental disoreder and medical treatment in the process. all papers related to medical is with me.

4. In charge sheet it is mentioned that door is broken by Police and suicide is also found near by body.

5. my parents never visit the place as i am doing job apprx. 700 kms from my native place. still their name has been mentioned in FIR.

6. Period of married life is around 4 yrs.

7. In charge sheet all the witness are saying that we not demend any dowry at any time.

Kindy suggest any ruling regading discharge.

On the facts narrated by you, discharge will be very difficult.
