APPLICATION UNDER ORDER 13 RULE 3 & 8 R/W.S. 151 OF CPC FOR REJECTION OF DOCUMENTS & EVIDENCE
My advocate filed the above mentioned application at session court to reject the extra document which were filed at the time of evidence by plaint without seeking leave of the court by application.
I want to know whether the same court(session court) has right to strike off the documents or same to be sent to High court because the mistaken happened in the same court (session court)
