Regarding GPA

my land had GPA in the year 2005, GPA Holder didn't give response to us. so, I would like to know how many years GPA is valid and what's procedure to cancel GPA

issue a legal notice to the agent revoking his powers as agent. 

publication in local newspaper. 

you need revocation deed and thereafter get it registered at the concerned registrar where gpa executed.
