We recently bought a property from a X person two days ago. All the documentation is done where the nature of deed is 'Sale Deed' and my father is buyer. Today i examined the EC and i found that the nature of deed between X person and his previous buyer is 'Agreement of sale cum GPA with Possession'. X person already executed sale deed on my fathers name. Is there anything to worry as X is not having sale deed on his name. Do we face any issues in future?
