Dear Sir, My self Honnappa Jadi from Bangalore now I am working TCS, my question is about gratuity earlier I was working with Bangalore International Airport Limited company there I served 4 years 7 months, but they only outsourced all 32 employees to TCS. At the time of outsource I was completed 4 years 7 months at that time I requested to pay gratuity but they told you have not completed 5 years so we will not give your gratuity. But recently I came to know that they paid one of our team member who outsourced along with me but he is also not completed 5 years (45 days less). He took a help from advocate and claimed entire gratuity amount. In this case they (Bangalore International Airport Limited) have give gratuity for me also, please see is there any chances to claim my gratuity.
