Regarding gratuity eligibility

Hii sir,

This is Srinivas as I am working in a organisation from last 4.8 years

Could you please let me know I am applicable for gratuity act..

joining date :04/09/2013
last date :25/05/2018

working days: 5 days a week

please calculate any one and let me know

the formula to calculate gratuity: (Number of years of service) * (Last drawn monthly Basic and DA) *15/26. So, if you have served 5 years and draw monthly Basic and DA of Rs. 20,000 when you leave the job, you get gratuity of Rs. 57692 calculated as (5 * 20,000 *15/26).

sir I did not completed 5 years completed 4.8 years only mentioned in above joining and ending date please let me know am I eligible or not

5 years service is required for eligibility of gratuity.

I have seen some of the articles it is enough to complete 4.8 years 5 days a week working hours and 240 days per year can you please some one explain this one also
