If you are unable to get a NOC from my present employer,you are not eligible to appear for interview in above circumstance.In case,you appear,you may have to face the consequence already adviced by me above.

Sir, Please describe what is proper channel. How can i make it.
Sir I applied a post on 1 year experienced based in central govt job. I write an application with attachment of (1) Hard copy of application (2). Print out copy of notice for new job . I sumbit these to my present employeer(P&A) to allow me to apply for this post. They recive my application but do not give recieving status. My exam is going to be held on April.Interview mey conduvt in Apri alsol. At that moment If my company do not give NOC to me. What can I do further ?
Is it the proper channel , Sir ?
