I have filed a recall application for cross examination of PW1 in the sessions court. But my application was rejected and again I applied in High Court and my applicaton was allowed. But also directed the trial court to dispose the suit within March 31st of 2011. But the suit was not disposed within mentioned time of High court. As a defendant, i need your opinion about the order of High court. The suit was filed for ejectment by plaintiff under tp act 106. Please suggest the order of High court still alive or not?
