I am from one of the rural place in Karnataka, my query is regarding procedure to remove father sisters from property.
As per RTC, property ownership is shared between my father and his sisters and his sisters are agreed to release property to my father by signing related documents at sub register office.
Could you please let me know the procedure? I want to know it's process and total amount required to do this like lawyers cost, registration cost or any other cost involved.

If your father's sisters agree to relinquish their rights in the property in favor of your father by receiving a consideration amount, they can execute a registered release deed.
