Regarding succession of property after death of grandfather

My grandfather (deceased) left a handwritten will, with witnesses, leaving everything in my grandmother's name.

My grandmother, now very un-well, wants to give a house(registered in my late grand-father's name) to my father.

Problem is that my grand-father's will has not been acted upon and we don't know how to go about it. We live in Ghaziabad and are currently residing in the very same house which are supposed to get for past 3.5 years.

We want to get the house registered in my father's name , but since the property is in my deceased grandfather's name......we don't know what to do.

Complete the formalities of authority under whose jurisdiction the house is e.g: MC,GDA etc........

If the WILL is not under the cloud it shall be acted upon.

Or Probate the WILL.

Sekk local lawyer's help.

first you need to execute the will and mutate the property on your grandmothers name.then she can gift the properrty to your father
