Hi honourable people,
I would like to know the fees of advocate.WIfe filed 498 A case.she filled a 498 a case for money.Husband decided to pay settlemet and get divorce from wife.Settlment amount 5 lakhs.As per the condition they have to close the case once the amount settled in court.
Please tell me advocate fees for this case for the entire process.

fess is something what we decide and we feel is the compensation of our work.. so if depends upon.
however, i will suggest to go for a contract with an advocate with lumpsum fess. it will reduce the time of the litigation and your expenditure also.
