Regarding Vehicles release

My JCB vehicle is seized by the police and after 17 month, release order passed by the court, But when I filed an indemnity bond the court is refuse to accept it and denied to give me release order, because the Tax and Fitness of JCB is expired.

What are the remedy?

Thanks.

Supardari of the vehicle registered in your name and  tax issue is altogether different, for which the Court is not concerned with payment of taxes.

Challange the release order if the Magistrate has rejected the indemnity Bond. Consult your lawyer or another prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advice and necessary proceedings

1. The remedy is simple:  "PAY TAXES AND OBTAIN FITNESS CERTIFICATE" and take custody of your vehicle.

2. The above is more so specifically and legally required, since your vehicle will be seized immediately, IF found on public roads.
