First of all Happy New to all of you in Advance....
I have some issue explian as mention below...
My Grandfather(Mother's Father) was Farmer and he own some land and he had 4 child, two sons and two daughters... Before he dies he transfer that land to his two sons and they have farmer certificate. Now now i want to purschase land on my moms name and she does not own that certificate...
So now it this possible that my uncle can transfer some land to my moms name.... If yes, under what provisions. I also want to know more about land transfer between Brother and Sister in cern of Agriclutural land...
Please revert on the same.... That would be great help...
