Registered letter by father- in- law

Girl living in joint in-laws family & house, threatening the father- in- law to give his self acquired property to her, girl’s father and parents informed many times about this verbally, but not doing anything but also supporting indirectly the girl for her unfair demands. Is it a good idea to write registered letter by father- in- law mentioning all facts about the girl & her demands to the father of girl? Any benefit by writing the same to the father–in-law under pressure from greedy daughter –in-law in case any false accusation like 498a ?

Any possibility to be used by girl’s  family against the groom family.

Any expert could guess the fate of the letter?

Best is to set up neutral persons meet and record the happenings and then let us see if any counter blast initiated from their side or matter subsides. In this way you have no trace in writings nor putting them under pressure to safeguard them by receiving letter and bze of which they file asked matrimonial complaints. Now what will happen is that they will go back after the meeting thinking that no record exists and may in over confidence still file matrimonial complaints then you have the record as well as witness and can expose them at appropriate forum at needed time.

Also once DIL has expressed her desire so it is inevitable one day or other she / her side will initiate matrimonial complaints case to achieve a DIL’s motives hence opening large para as evidence creation is all right is my view.

However if your side is still in view that sending RPAD letter is better manageable option then instead of RPAD Letter send short and sweet PHONOGRAM as with phonogram you can get a copy of the matter attested from Postal Department as to what you sent which again is good valuable evidence of your innocence later on. Some old world technology still works / comes handy even today

Writing such letters is not gonna help.

Instead try to diffuse the tension by involving family elders and respectables of the society from both sides.

You can make at least makr a GD entry with the police of your complaint to bank upon it later on.
