I am buying a flat 3BHK, having a super built up area of 1446.46 sq.ft with one closed car parking in Bangalore. The Guidance value as per 2019 update is INR.101000 sq.mt for Residentail sites and the price is not fixed yet Apartments/Flats constructed on Residential Sites approved by Competent Authority/Local Organization.
The flat comes with 442 sq.ft of Un-Divided Shared (UDS)
I have consulted with legal experts and have been guided to register the property INR.101000 * 134.38 sqm (1446.46 sq.ft)
Kindly suggest, if this is the approach is right.
