Registration certificate of association under maoa

Dear Expert, We are Pune based Apartment Association. Builder has done DOD (Deed of Declaration), Individual Apartment deeds and registered bylaws. Are these documents enough for Association ? or there will be a separate registration certificate required ? Can Association members get the registration certificate or it has to be done by builder only ? What is competent authority to approach for certificate?
