Hi, I am a Domestic Tour Operator, based in Bangalore. It's a sole proprietory concern and I have an office cum residence only. I have started business from January 2011. I have a current account in the name of my firm in Central Bank of India. I have submitted PAN Card, Address Proof, Letter Pad, Visiting Card, Photo and Electricity Bill for the Current Account for the Current Account and they have provided me the same on last year. But the Bank Authority called me on last day and asked me to submit the registration documents at the earliest to avoid cancellation of my current account. As a proprietory concern, I have enquired with some consultants in Bangalore and they told me that registration is not required for the same. So I didn't register anywhere. Now can any one give me any suggestion, to solve this issue?
