Registration issue

Hi I want to buy a property in ganjam district in Odhisa . it's on 2 persons however both have expired, can I get land registration done on my name with a affidavit having signature of both 2 persons sons and daughters . please let me know 8328699327

property worth Rs. 100/ and more can be transferred only BN bi way of registered document

yes, but the deed shall be signed by all the legal heirs of those persons.(wife and all children of the person).

One more problems out of 2 owners on whose name is land both got expired and we have one person death certificate only so is there any alternative to get the land registration
