Registration of flat

My wife is not in station. We have purchased a flat and I want it to be registered in both of our names. She can't come here now. Is there any way by which flat can get registered in both of our names without her physical presence? The flat is in Bangalore.

1. Wife may give you a registered "Power of Attorney" for the specific purposes, consequent to which you will be able to register the agreement.

Request your wife to execute and submit a registered general or special power of attorney  in your favour from her station.

Dear Client, Your wife can give you Power of Attorney for the purchase of the flat.
