Hello Everyone I have a question regarding registration of house property which is under possession. Points are as under :
1. Possession on House Property has been continuing for more than 42 years upto date.
2. Executive officer of Nagar Palika (local authority) office has done judgement on the fact that the property is under possession of Mr. .............. and Title i.e. Patta has to given to him is prudent. This judgement has been cleared in the year 2004.
3.The file is pending in Prashashan shahron ke sang in 2013 and no response given to applicant.
4.Neither other objection in the property nor any person have any title to that property.
5.Applicant has deposited House Tax for that property and having such receipts.
On the above points can anyone do resitration process in the registrar office and registraion can be done in such situation so that title documents be prepared.
