Registration of leave and licence agreement

Hi, I own one commercial property in city of Indore and want to give the same on Rent. My proposed Tenant (director) is the registered company under Companies Act. My query is : 1)what type of agreement i should enter ..i am thinking of leave and licence agreement. 2) If i am entering in to agreement for 11 months do i need to get it registered with registrar in City Indore as per Madhya Pradesh registration act or agreement on stamp paper of Rs 1000 will be sufficient.
