Registration of Leave and License Agreement

The Leave & License needs to be registered in order to protect your interests legally, since you have not mentioned the place where the property is situated, it is advised to you to visit the local registration office to know about the procedure and related fee.

The registration is compulsory in most states viz. Maharasthra, and in some cities, even the police verification process mandates registration of the property. Do you have rights to sub-let in your agreement. Pls check this out. Also if the property is in a society,  you need to get the no objection from the society in addition to the other procuedural requirements.
